Join us every 3rd Thursday of the month for Tavern Talks in the back room. There will be a different speaker each month, discussing topics ranging from Harry Potter to politics in religion. All guests are welcome to come and enjoy dinner before the speaker begins at 7:30pm.
ABC is proud to announce the dates and rules for the 2012 Homebrew Contest. All non-professional brewers, 21 and older, may enter up to 3 beers in our contest. All of these beers must be homemade for private, noncommercial use and delivered to ABC's Camp Hill location the week of May 7 - May 13, 2012. Our panel of beer judges is eagerly awaiting your new creations!
• Contestants must supply 1 bottle (12 oz. - 22 oz. each) of beer.
• Bottles must be clean and carry no other labels or other identification. Each bottle will receive a random ID Number.
• Judging will be private and held in May of 2012.
• Tasting format: All beers will be judged within BJCP style. The three "Best of Show" brews will be tasted in a final round and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded.
• Grand Champion will observe and assist with the brewing of the winning beer at the Camp Hill location to be scheduled based upon the brew schedule. 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive $50 and $25 ABC Gift Cards respectively.
