Bottled Beer
Our German-engineered automated bottling line in Harrisburg can fill 130 bottles per minute. We bottle our Water Gap Wheat, Purist Pale Ale, Mountain Lager, Jolly Scot Scottish Ale, and Hoppy Trails IPA year round. From time to time, we also bottle specialty 12 packs of certain seasonal beers such as Susquehanna Stout, Peregrine Pilsner, and Kipona Fest. We also sell Variety 12 packs which include our Wheat, Lager, Pale, and Scottish brews.
Growlers
In Harrisburg's past, beer lovers purchased "Growlers" of the freshest beer possible directly from their favorite brewery. The present is no different! We fill our growlers full of any of our beers that we have on tap. A growler is 64 ounces and contains enough to fill four pint glasses. Once filled, we seal them and they will stay fresh for 3-4 days. Once opened, the contents should be consumed within 24-48 hours. When you're finished, rinse your growler out with hot water and bring it back for a refill.
