Our brewery is housed in an impressive three-story brick and heavy timber structure, built circa 1918. Antique brick walls, massive wooden beams, hardwood floors and ceilings provide a warmth and inner glow only rivaled by the beer itself.
Our brewery's initial production capacity is 15,000 barrels (30,000 typical half-kegs) of beer per year. Our German-engineered automated bottling line can fill 130 bottles per minute, and our kegging line cleans and fills one half keg every 4 minutes.
As a member of the Institute for Brewing Studies, we hand-craft our beers with 100% natural ingredients and strict adherence to craft-brewing standards. Our Brewmaster Artie Tafoya, Head Brewer Jonathan Reeves, and Brewer Jeff Jerman have consistently produced world-class beers!
