Our rendition of the classic, warm, fermented beer that originated in Goslar, Germany. We brewed this Gosé with a 50/50 blend of malted wheat and Pilsen malt, and we included lime juice, oak chips and Himalayan sea salt. The sea salt helps create the classic combination of sour, salty and sweet!
